Sylvia, could you please check one for me as well? I've been stumped by the name of a house in Manordeifi mentioned in the 1724 will of John David Llewellyn. It appears to be spelled Kilhorkin. Bettye Kirkwood found a Clynhorgin in the 1786 tax records for Manordeifi. A valuation of the Clynfyw estate made in 1750 included a reference to "a piece in Gwestra Kilast at a place called Kilvalgen". So: Kilhorkin, Clynhorgin and Kilvalgen, all in Manordeifi, all perhaps referring to the same place. Could you see if anything in Place Names might be a match? Thank you.
