Hi Susan Go to the LDS www.familysearch.org website and look under the USA 1880 census. Could not find William the eldest son. Type in James with his DOB 1854 and Wales as his birth country. The family are at: Mifflin,Iowa, Wisconsin Hope this is of some help Gerry Lewis-Steer, Calgary, Canada PS If you could get to an LDS family history library you would be able to get more US census results.
