According to the birth cert., Ann James was b. Jan. 2nd. 1853 at Pont r Hafod, the daughter of William James and Ann Morris. On trying to order the marriage cert. of William and Ann, I was informed there was more than one marriage with these names. I was then asked if I could supply more info. and I mentioned that according to the 1861 census, that the couple had another child, James, and with this info. the office was able to supply me with a marriage cert. for Wm. and Ann who were married in The Parish Church of Letterston July 15th. 1847.William of full age, bachelor, mason, living at Clawdd=Cam, Parish of Llanreithan, son of John James, labourer. and, Ann Morris, full age, spinster, servant, of Bill-hook, daughter of William Morris. Could anyone assist me with any info. from Parish Registers? regarding John James, and possibly Wm. Morris? Many thanks Reuben
