Hello Bob >From the 1911 census it seems Delia Caroline was the wife of John Alfred Howell, Clergyman , living in the vicarage in Pembroke St Michaels parish. There is a marriage of John Alfred Howell to Delia Caroline Williams in Sept qtr 1906.
