Dear Colin, David Jardine is listed as marrying Elizabeth Glen in 1780 at Haverfordwest St. Mary. An Alexander Jardine in 1791 married Ann Prickett at Haverfordwest St. Mary in 1791....possibly David and Alexander were related. Crunwear is right over near Carmarthenshire and the St. David's Probate Will index shows a Will listed for David Jardine of Llanboidy, Carmarthen proved in 1747. There is also a Will for a Hester David of Carmarthen, Carmarthen proved in 1738....I doubt this latter Will has significance, but the 1747 Will for David Jardine might be worth a look on The National Library of Wales site. None of the othr Hester/Esther David/s seem significant. In the female section of the Rhos Hundred marriages, an Elizabeth Jardine married Thomas Evans at St. Brides, Pembrokeshire whilst a Jane Jardine married William Bowen at Haverfordwest St. Martin in 1801. There are no other Glens mentioned in the indices I hold for Rhos Hundred, apart from Elizabeth. Please provide the List with any concrete family information you may have....to assist in the search.
