    1. [Dyfed] Help with a place name in Llangadog, CMN
    2. A Spell In Time
    3. Hi everyone I'm hoping that someone can help with deciphering a place name in the parish of Llangadog in the 1841 census. My Edward Mainwaring was recorded as Edward Manry, working as a collier in the parish of Llangadock, I can't make out his address properly. It looks like Pwyllrhyd uprymu. Does this ring a bell with anyone? The 1841 census reference is: Class: HO107; Piece 1386; Book: 15; Civil Parish: Llangadock; County: Carmarthenshire; Enumeration District: 10; Folio: 40; Page: 10; Line: 4; GSU roll: 464312 Edward Manry (Mainwaring) is on the right.hand side of the page. Does anyone know which colliery he was likely to be working at? With many thanks and best wishes Moni
