I have been looking on the IGI as a secondary source and not via extracted records, so uncertain, but, I have found that Stephen DEVEREUX who was married to Mary DAVIES in 1758 at Llanstadwell, seems to have been married twice, if I have read this correctly? He is recorded as marrying an Elizabeth JAMES in 1773 at Walwyns Castle Pembroke. Would this be correct I wonder? According to Vera, he was buried at Llanstadwell in 1797. There is mention here also of a Will in 1777,at Hasguard ( presumed Fishguard? ) Pembroke, naming spouse as Elizabeth JAMES.
