Hello, all, Would some kind person be able to find an obituary for my great-great grandfather, William ROWLAND, who died in Burry Port/Pembrey area in the middle of the 1890's, please? He was a stone mason and would have been 77 years old. His wife was named Anne and at the time of the 1881 Census were residing at Ty Cam, Burry Port/Pembrey. Hi again, I'm trying to find a birth record for my Ggranddfather, Thomas Evans ca 1838 in Llandyfriog. Pauline found a marriage record in Llandyfriog between Benjamin (his father's name) and Rebeccah Jones (name unknown) but I cannot place Thomas in the home at the census years 1841 and 1851. In 1861 I can find him with Benjamin and known children of that marriage in Rhymney. Are there birth databases which can be queried on a parent's name? Thanks for any help you can offer. Hello list Can somebody find my Thomas Thomas born 1821 in Llanwino. Found him in 1851 census, mentioned as footman. His father possibly John Thomas, farmer. Farm could be Pantyrdryfach.
