I have an inquiry reqarding Sarah Jane Dutton 1832-1924). Sarah Jane Dutton, daughter of Jeremiah and Sarah Rippath Dutton was born Dec 8, 1832 in Tuscarawas County, Ohio (New Philadelphia. She was married to Joseph Watkins March 12, 1849. They moved to Clarke County, Iowa in 1855 until the Civil War when the returned to for one year and then returned to Iowa to their Lacelle farm.
