Hi Bob, I have just received a very large packet of information from you today. YEA!! I was so excited that I hopped up and down!! (Surprised me too!!!) : - ) I will try to address your questions as soon as I have some free time. I will try to find documentation of W. R. Dutton's service in the Ohio legislature tomorrow at the Ohio Historical Center. Must be written down somewhere! Thank you for the documentation that he was a Senator in the Oklahoma legislature and in the Nebraska legislature. My father told me that WRD was also appointed Governor of the Oklahoma Territory by McKinley for whom he had campaigned. Is there any truth in this? I notice that the LDS has listed Odard's father as Ivo, Viscount of Cotentin and that they have given his birth date "abt 1046," Normandy, France, and marriage date "abt 1066" Chester, England. Does the LDS list sources for their information? I am trying to document Odard's father, but the "experts" tell me he has no father! However, I do not believe them because they throw out so much information, e.g., all but 20 of the warriors who went with Will the Conq to England. I hope you can send me the LDS sources, so, I can check them out! Wow! For awhile you lived in Saudia Arabia? Do you speak Arabic? I am always amazed at how much the Duttons move around--no grass grows under their feet!!! You have moved around enough yourself for several of us. My son, Jeff, moved 12 times in one year!!! I think that we should be addressed as: Duttons, the Nomadic Tribe. A Dutton will probably be among the first settlers on the Moon or on Mars. I have the Seneca News-Dispatch newspaper article itself--not a copy. The picture is entitled: "SENECA WOMAN STILL ACTIVE AT AGE 92." The date is: Thursday, July 19, 1962, Vol 79. There is a picture of my G-Aunt Ella Dutton with her "youngest great grandchild, Dana Lee Kelly, d/o M / M Don Kelly of Tulsa, OK." Dana Lee is the spittin' image of my granddaugher, Jessica. They could pass for twins. I will try to photocopy it for you, but it IS OLD AND FADED! Talk to you later, Carole
