Phyllis:� I have played around with that myself, and found the best I could do is this.� Go to the Archive and key in just the name Dutton and 1999.� That just gave me 103 messages, which would be from Jan 1 on.� Of course, if someone sent a message and did not happen to mention the name Dutton, we're screwed <g>.� Another way might be to key in the month, say January and that should pull up any messages with the month in it.� Hope this helps!� Susie
