The Kentucky 1850 and 1860 census are posted. An attempt was made to get all the Duttons from the index lists. There are 203 individuals on this file; marriages 75 (not verified); and Duttons 115. A good majority were in Pulaski County. Last week, I secured three pages of IGI from the microfich at the Family History Center. There are about 114 Duttons on that. Of the 114, there were 2 in Brachen, 1 in Lincoln, 1 in Hardin, 3 in Pike, 2 in Green, leaving about 95 in Pulaski County. Unfortunately, I did not merge or post the IGI data except to notes in a couple of cases. There were differences in data and insufficient information to match. There was one David Dutton from the census, but 2 on the IGI. One of these Davids had a spouse Mary on the census, and a spouse Mary Jane Cox on the IGI. Probably the right one. I failed to match any of them, and did not feel like posting 114 "new" Duttons to the file. If you are interested in Kentucky, I should be able to scan both the IGI and the census lists for you.
