Hello all, http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/help/wc6.html Here is link to rootsweb's privacy statement regarding gedcoms of the deceased which is totally unreasonable as opposed to their policy regarding gedcoms from the living. They have a 100 year rule regarding living people that they encourage submitters to not override. They even tell the gedcom owners to remove the living IMMEDIATELY if someone complains about their family being on the internet. Yet they REFUSE to do anything about gedcoms from the deceased!!! Now if Jean could come up with the sign in inforamation and the password we could modify that database oursevles with her help. But according to their policy--you are up a creek without a paddle and SO WHAT! Maybe we should do a class action suit!! Carole
