Hi Jim and everyone, Our cousin Dick has not even said that he would do this favor again! I was hoping that he might have the time and the inclination and the will to offer the Chart again, because I need another one, but that is a LOT of work! So, it is entirely up to him if he has the time. Also, as I recall postage has gone up since he mailed us our copy, so, I bet it would cost somewhat more. I don't know, Dick, what do you think?
