Hello, Found this copy of an email but failed to copy address... Does anyone agree that Elizabeth Rippeth and Jeremiah are Lydia's parents? 'Lydia "Ida" Dutton, daughter of Jeremiah & Elizabeth (Rippeth) Dutton, was born 15 July 1822 in Bowerston, Harrison Co., OH. She died 25 Mar 1889 in Roswell, Tuscarawas Co., OH> William Mitchell says that she attended a United Bretheren church. Death records indicate that she was a white female aged 65 at the time of her death. She was a widow and a housekeeper. She died of lung disease. Cemetery records show that she died: 25 Mar 1899 (aged 66y, 8m, 10d). She is buried at Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville, Tusc. Co., OH. I've seen the stone. It is possible that they were unable to read the death year. It has deteriorated a great deal.' Susan Handy
