Hello, Dutton family, I found a book that lists three Duttons who came over to this country in the 1700s: Tepper, Michael, ed. "Passengers To America." Baltimore: Genealogical Publishing Company, Inc., 1980. Page 217: Thomas Dutton, receiver of emmigrants from Liverpool, England. Page 230: John Dutton, Age 15, No occupation, from Berkshire, England, Ship: "Nancy" from Port of Newcastle to Grenades, to live with a relation as a clerk. Page 348: Thomas Dutton, Age 23, Occupation: Joiner, from Norfolk, England, Ship: "Wren" from Port of London to Maryland, to become Indented Servant. I also found a book of possible interest to some people, although no Duttons are listed: Banks, Charles Edward, "The English Ancestry and Homes of the Pilgrim Fathers."
