Hi Dick and all Sorry for all the confusion! Let me try to explain: 1) I felt responsible for forwarding all of your responses to Angie from the list because she was not on the list. 2) I thought you had valuable information, so, I was forwarding it to her. 3) I wanted to let all of you know that you should respond to her and not send email to the list unless you also sent a copy to her directly because she was not on the list. Also, I was receiving notes to her at my address. 4) I wrongly assumed her maiden name was Dutton and I could not understand how or why she did not include herself in her son's history, but I understand it now. 5) This was all terribly confusing to me and a lot of work that I had not anticipated. Angie did tell me some of her story today and I also believe that with a little more looking around that she will connect her son to Mahala Dutton Douglas. I found out just now that she was corresponding with people and, maybe, I did not even have to forward her email at all!!! I'm afraid that I was in the dark! In the future when someone asks me for info, I will give them directions on how to post to the LIST and ask them to post their request there and my responsibility will be at an end!!!
