I do have the reference for the Journal which is New York Historical Society; Ref MSS.Ships.Journals.1600/Ships Collection Box 1 Folder #34 The whole document consists of 37 pages of which we already have 11 so around 26 pages will remain depending how it's set out. Could you give me an idea of what the cost might be? We are hoping to be in NY in August on our way to the Midwest, so doing it myself is an option. However, there is no substitute for experience in these matters and I'd rather use someone who has done this sort of work before and has the right equipment. We are fine here... cold for England in March but OK. I've been busy with some other projects over the winter but thse are now out of the way and I'm hoping to do some more on the Vanderhoofs shortly.
