Donna: My email address is mhobein@hotmail.com Since I descend from Michael Vreeland, I probably qualify for Flagons and Trenchers, but am not sure how to document. In most organizations you have to prove birth deaath and marriage for all generations from you back to the original. You can use published books if you find them. They usually do not accept family books put togetrher unless everything is documented. Did I sen the part on Vreeland? If not I will send it to you. NO, but I would appreciate it. My documentation has civil death or birth certificates for later generations, some will abstracts, and some published genealogies from historical and genealogical societies of New York and New Jersey. I just looked through my book "Dutch Houses" by Rosalie Fellows Baily and there are two pages on Vreeland, with Michael listed. I am planning to sell this book but I looked on the computer and it is valued at $299.00. Many of my ancestors are in this book. Ihave barely used it. I thought it was only pictures of houses until today. It is not hard bound, but a type of plasticed paper back. I will think about sending you the articles on Vreelandd. Then i will sell. Donna OH DONNA- Is this the book that has the b/w pix of the old Brooklyn houses? If it is, do you have access to a scanner or digital camera? There are about 6 houses with the descriptions and brief bios that have Lott families that lived in them. I would LOVE to get my hands on those again. When I found them years ago, I didn't know enough to document my sources-sorry, about that Dorothy:<))- and I just got poor quality Xerox copies of them. So. . .I'm on my knees begging for these copies IF they do indeed have homes that Lott families lived in. It didn't have an All name index, so I went thru it page by page and failed to copy a couple of them, because I didn't know they were connected to the Lotts. Woe is me!! You can e-mail me direct at: peggielott@peoplepc.com Peggie in SUNNY and WARM Baker City Oregon 63° here right now:<) Gotta go cut some wood for next winter now. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
