I can go to the State Library in Augusta and photocopy just about anything I want without paying any fees to anybody. I don't see how getting a copy of this article through the Internet is any different, except that I can thereby save myself a lot of money on gas, which I would really appreciate. I would like a copy of this article to further my own research. That's what these articles are for, and allowances are made for this.
