In an attempt to narrow the field of possible fathers for 'my' Henry LOTT, I looked for an Abraham Lott who married 1750-1770 in NY. I found: Abraham LOTT and Jane GOELET, m.9 May 1751, NYDRC Abraham LOTT and Mary VAN WYCK, m.28 Apr 1763, Province of NY Abraham LOTT and Marie VAN WYCK, m.8 May 1763, NYDRC Abraham LOTT and Jane HENDRICKSON, m.4 May 1765, Province of NY (source: "Marriage Index: Selected Areas of NY, 1693-1916") I'm guessing/assuming that Mary VAN WYCK and Marie VAN WYCK are one and the same person and the dates are banns and marriage or 2nd publication of banns. Looking for these people on-line I find several sources listing the Abraham who married Jane GOELET and the Abraham who married VAN WYCK as the same man...son of Pieter LOTT and his wife (on-line sources list REMSEN wife, but I think we've concluded that Pieter's wife was Sarah COVERT). However, Pieter's will (1727) does not list an Abraham. So, who is this guy, or these guys, who married Jane, Mary/Marie and Jane? Thanks in advance for your help! Liz
