It looks like CM, 1668-1783 starts with volume 3 so I'm looking for any source that contains volume 2. On a side note, I've noticed that GOOGLE books is putting a lot of the older books online. I had intended to get CM, 1668-1783 at the library but found it online. Hopefully they'll get a few more of the older source books available online.
