Hi Judy, While not in the Finger Lakes, probably the best genealogical library in Central New York is the Onondaga Co. Public Library, Local History Collection, 447 South Salina St., Syracuse, New York 13202. I'm sure they would welcome a donation if you have a book available for this purpose. The New York State Historical Library in Cooperstown, NY has an excellent research library with quite a bit of information related to Dutch settlers and communities.
