I would like to know if this is the same Adam Brouwer who married Magdalena Jacobs Verdon and are possibly the parents of the Nicholas Brouwer who married Jannetje Caljer. If so, why isn't Nicholas mentioned in this will? "I desire that none of my children shall trouble or move their mother during her life." "I leave to my eldest son Peter, 3 shillings by reason that he has been disobedient to his father. And also Jacob Brewer and Altie Brewer for reason of their disobedience shall not receive a penney from their father Adam Brewer," but their portions are left to their children. Cynthia, Having found my copy of the 1893 recopied recording, Nicholas is mention in the Will and Adam left pieces of eight to five granddaughters named Magdalena. I still want to see the original recorded will, if it exists. Marleen
