Glenna See Hill wrote a study titled "Foshay Family of Phillipse Manor". A portion of it was published in the New York Biog & Gen Soc. Record in1987. But only a part of it was published. Is the rest of it in a library some place? It was not put in the NYBGS's library which is now in the NYC Public Library. Does any one know the location of the entire study? Sarah Clevenger
