Thus, the witnesses at the baptism of his daughter Belitje were indeed Claes Bogaert and wife Grietje [2nd wife]. He married Cornelia Verduyn 1 May 1720 (by license dated 21 April 1720) in the New York Dutch Church [page 133 of the published records]: I have nothing further on the Belitje Bogaert baptized 15 April 1722.
