Sorry, none of this looks correct. William Legg and Susan Maroet (v. sp.) had several children baptised way before 1701 in Kingston DRC. I haven't seen a James Burhans in that time frame, let alone any indication of a marriage to Susan. I can't claim to have done extensive research on the family, but what I have seen indicates to me that you need to re-check your sources on this before going off on a wild goose chase.
