RootsWeb recommends that you keep your signatures at the end of messages to no more than 4 lines. Tens of thousands of subscribers receive these emails and every little bit we can do to cut down on the bytes being transferred sure helps. Also, remembering to delete original posts from your replies (except for just enough to identify the subject) cuts down on the amount of bytes users have to download. Thanks, SgtGeorge
