My 4th great grandfather is Francis Durman b. abt 1711 in Beer Crocombe, Somerset. He married Rachel Munden 25 Oct 1733 in Beer Crocombe. The line then goes off to Jeffery where Sarah and Hannah Durman married George and Thomas Jeffery - 2 sisters married 2 brothers. If this appears to fit, can supply more info. Please advise.

Keith - I found an entry in my records which appears to be one you are interested in as follows: William Durman b. 1787 Ashill, Somerset, England Occupation 1861 ag Lab. Residence 1861, 76 Kenny, Ashill married abt 1811 to Mary probably in Ashill. Mary born 1791 in Ashill, Somerset, occupation glover in 1861. Son Edward born 1831 in Ashill. Info comes from 1861 Census of Ashill on LDS film 0542843 This fits in with the family info on Edward which Pam came up with. I have many more Durman records but I am not sure if they fit with yours since mine start with the Jeffery clan and then proceed to Durman records through marriages. Ernie Snelling
