lperth@inreach.com Is there any way a person could find information about a father not named on a birth certificate? My wife, Joan Davidson Millar, was born 25 Feb 1934 in Brooklyn, NY. We have a copy of her birth certificate.Her mother was Annie McArthur Millar from Scotland, now deceased. We believe Joans father's name was Joseph Durkin. We have no other information other than he was Irish. Joseph Durkin is probably deceased by now. Thanks, Roy
