I have a copy of my g grandparents marriage record and the spelling is Durgan, from LDS recerching it is spelled Durkin and on the 1870 census it was Durgin whetever way you spell it I am looking for Owen J. Durgan married to Margaret Feeney they were both born in Ireland around 1830-1840 they came to the US and lived in the Portland, Maine area and raised a family children names were Matthew, Mary, Catherine, Owen Jr., and Margaret.
