I am also searching the Durkin line, most likely from NY. I believe they must have been from the area of Jefferson County, perhaps Antwerp or Carthage). JOSEPH DURKIN (born @ 1850 don't know where) md. Mary Ann GARVIN in NY @1870. Sometime before 1881, the family moved to Park City, UT. Both Joseph and Mary Ann died there, and are buired there. Through the years, I have found other Durkin families living in Jefferson County in the 1800's, but have not been able to tie Joseph into any of those families. I would appreciate any information.
