    1. Durkin of PA possible German heritage
    2. Pat Jones
    3. Here are the items I know and what I am looking into. My bio father has on records that his mother was Mary Agnes Reilly. This is on his b/c from PA as well as his ss# application. I learned from his brother (before he passed away) that she was possibly a Durkin not a Reilly. Reilly could have been the first husband. I was told there was one. According to the 1910 pa census in Allegheny Co John Gethen, wife Mary Agnes (my bio grandparents) lived with one son Harry. Now by this time they had been married 7 yrs and had 3 babies one was living. John & Mary had been married for 7 yrs. He was 28 and she 26. I guessed her yr of birth to be abt 1884 average. The census states she was of German and it appear to have (Hun-German) I am not certain. The closest I have come to this woman of possible German decent is on the 1900 census in PA listing her as a daughter and the census states she was b. 1882. She is the only one I have come up with German ancestry as of yet. I am not able to read her father's name, but it states he is of Ire/German descent. Her mother appears to be maybe Kathryn and I am not able to read the older brothers name. If the Mary Agnes b. 1882 sound familiar to anyone I would like to see if she is my bio grandmother. I know that she/John are suppose to be buried at North Side Catholic Cemetery in the Pitt area. I am able to confirm him, not her. Their son, John, told me before he passed on that they were in the same grave, she passed away first. The cemetery is not able to verify this for me. I would like to see if I am able to track down any of her family and begin finding my past. Thanks in advance for any info. I am hoping to find at least a marriage record of theirs in the future in the Pitt area. Pat Jones Darke Co OH.
