    3. I show a John Marren born 1828 from Cloonacool LDS film 1903709 married to a Bridget Mullarky with a son Pat Marren born Jan 1, 1866 in Tubercurry, Sligo LDS batch 701284 Call #0101123 The other spellings and names of Marren and Durcan also are shown in the Curry Parish but are most likely a different family as many were my branch from Currabonham, now Curracunane just about 3 miles north of Curry, Sligo. My great grandfather was Hugh Marren married to Mary Carroll and his son Bartley Marren married to Mary Feehily/Feely. The Durcans there married w/The Marrens and Kennedys. Note how they spelled Durcan while in Sligo. Another branch of this family married into the McCoy family who moved to Chicago. A Patrick Durcan who married my grandmothers sister Catherine changed his spelling to Durkin when he came to the USA.
