Hi, Can anyone help me on this? A friend is looking for a former classmate, named Karen Durkin (not a known relative of mine), but they've asked me to help. Here is here info... Karen Durkin b. 1954, in NJ?; Lived in Cherry Hill, NJ, while in H.S.; Father might have been John; She would have graduated from St. Mary's of the Angel's Academy in 1972, the year it shut down so she would have been born around 1954. She had a sister named Debbie (Deborah?) that would have graduated high school in 1975 from someplace else. The last information that I had on her was from 1982: Karen Durkin Twaddel 1716 PENN ST HARRISBURG, PA You can feel free to respond directly to JoePDurkin@aol.com

Tom Durkin has been on the staff of CBSTV for some toime now. His expertise is not limitede to horseflesh. I've never met him but a friend of mine who had been with NBCTV Sports says he is a bit of a character. And why shouldnt't he be with a name like Durkin? We seem to be close, but not a match. I am searching for the parents of Catherine Durkin. She was born in Delaware about 1858, but lists herself as “of Scranton, PA”. Her census shows her parents to have been born in Ireland. I also have information that she was survived in 1927, by two brothers both living in Scranton, PA. Their names were John and Thomas. I was able to find John J Durkin in the 1900 Census, b. 1863 in Delaware and married to Lida, with a daughter Mary (I believe step) and a son James b. Nov. 1897. Does any of this strike any chords? Any info would be appreciated.
