Dear List I have just found the wonderful "Resource list by Parish" for Durham and also Northumberland that is on the FHS web site. I think it is realty helpful but I wonder if there is anyone who knows what the 1 - the colours mean in the list (Black, Red, Blue type) and also 2 - what the codes at the right hand side mean for example NF, OI, NRO etc. I have looked but cannot seem to find the information on either lists which is such a shame as I think they are really helpful but could be even more so to those of us are looking from away and seeking to find out for certain parishes what information is available.
