I would like to beg some help from someone who has access to Ancestry. I have but just cannot find the family I want in 1841. I have found them in 1851 as follows HO107 Piece 2409 Folio 46 page 2 John PEEL Hd Mar 57 coalminer North Ovingham NTHB (I think) Ellen PEEL wife mar 42 Jarrow DUR Jane PEEL dau U 31 N Gosforth NTHB Elizabeth PEEL dau U 29 All Saints Newcastle NTHB John PEEL son U 19 miner Mylam ?? NTHB (not at all sure of this) William PEEL son U 6 scholar North Ovingham NTHB (again query) I have been at this for almost a week solid now and for the life of me I cannot seem to find this family in 1841. Because of the large gap between William and John I did wonder if Ellen was a second marriage and so was not with John senior in 1841.
