Val, the message I get back implies: 1) ntlworld users, and possibly others, identified by their IP address, are blocked from accessing the site, or 2) the site isn't accessible from the outside world at all. http://familyrecords.dur.ac.uk/nei/ seems to say it isn't going to bre ready for another 2 years??
