Hi listers One of my real sticking people is Elizabeth Sedgewick born approx 1807 in or around Hutton Henry. Have searched Durham County Hall for her birth/baptism ( on a flying visit last week) but no luck. I think she married Henry Ramage in 1830 in Bishopwearmouth and had my 3rd G grandmother Isabella Ramage in 1831. I thought her parents were William Sedgewick and Isabella Myers but now think this is wrong. I was mixing Hutton Henry ( Durham) with Hutton Rudby( Yorkshire). If anyone has any ideas or links I would be most grateful. I also think Elizabeth may have been Catholic but not sure if that is correct and if it is where she might have been baptised?
