Hi, Having read Pat and Geoff `s e-mails ,I think both have a point I my self did two courses on family tree and local history But that does not make me a professional we all need help as we go along in our research (things change new out lets to find what we are looking for )that we have no idea have come along over the years . I my self have learnt a great deal from others e-mails and interesting decisions Genealogy,is a game of hide and seek ` I do think Geoff needs to have a bit of patience as regard other people not knowing as much as he does ,he is a professional and no one on this site is asking him to research for nothing ,no one puts a gun to his head to answer the questions posed We all learn from each other .
