    3. Hi all, Another long shot, but this seems to be one of the two best places to start. Does anyone know if they have ancestors from the NE who were in the 4th Battalion Coldstream guards? (1915-1918) Cheers Jack

    3. My dad's brother was in the Coldstream Guards in WW1, his medal card gives his date of entry as 15th Dec 1915 but it doesn't state which Battalion he was in.
