Andrew EASTON of New Harper Ridge, Cornhill on Tweed, Northumberland, died 2 January 1925. Probate: London 21 October to Christina Archbald EASTON widow, George Stewart ROBERTSON bank agent and David John William DUNN solicitor. Effects £5834 8s 5d. Not sure this is your man but the only James who died in that year, leaving a will: James EASTON late of Fountain House Ore, Sussex, Carpenter died 21 Aug 1891 at Fountain House was proved at the Principal Registry by George CRAMP of Nursery View, Queen's Road, Ore, builder - one of the executors. Personal estate £98 10s. Resworn May 1892 £181 10s. David DUNN of Iveagh Cottage, Wylam, Northumberland, died 13 March 1925, probate at Newcastle Upon Tyne 20 April to Emma Elizabeth DUNN widow. David Dunn of Iveagh Cottage Wylam died 13 March 1925. Probate Newcastle upon Tyne 20 April to Emma Elizabeth Dunn widow. Effects £1887 17s 7d. William Easton of 19 Marine Terrace Blyth died 15 November 1922 . Administration Newcastle upon Tyne 20 August to Agnes Easton widow. Effects £55. Hope this helps. There is no record for any William Lewins Easton anywhere, nor for James Easton 1891 in NBL or DUR. If you hope to find others a precise date of death and approximate address would help to confirm the right people.
