    3. Steve, No you aren't dreaming, there is a deal at the moment where these databases are free (to anyone) until 24 April. However, NSW and/or Australian residents can have permanent free access with a reader's ticket from the libraries I mentioned in my note to Gwyneth, as they have paid for a subscription. Same sort of deal as many libraries who subscribe to a library edition of say ancestry.* and then give free access to people using that site at their library - only our libraries allow access from home to certain databases if you are a resident and have a current reader's ticket.
