Hi everyone, I have a relative who's birth index says that he was registered in the district of Rother V. I assume this means Rother Valley which appears to be Sheffield - ish (correct me if I am wrong). Ancestry says Rother V is Yorkshire/ Northumberland/ Westmorland, can anyone explain to me what this actually means? The rest of what I think are siblings were all born in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Thanks Heather
