John Dunsmoor and Polly Sartell married and resided in Charlestown, NH in 1793 (Hemlock). Reference material indicates his Father was John of Lunenburg, Mass. Three branches of the family used different names; Dunsmoor, Dinsmoor, and Densmore. Ancestor reported as Lord John Dinsmore, of Achumeed, Scotland. Lord John purchased a large tract of land in north Ireland, Londonderry County and Londonderry, NH derived its name from his descendants.
