    2. John Morrison
    3. I am sorry, but cannot help. As far as I can tell, my own line begins in North Carolina, in the extreme west that became northeastern Tennessee when that state was organized. However, I have seen, in one probable family, Dunsmore, Dinsmore, and Densmore. Lack of literacy, I'm sure, played a part in these variable spellings. I believe all in my line were farmers. I haven't done any Densmore research for quite a while, but I have never been quite satisfied with my tree information. I can trace my Densmore line with confidence as follows, beginning with myself and working backwards: > > John Morrison 1934-present. Born Texas, in MIssouri since 1961. > Grace Long Morrison 1909-1993 Born Texas, died in Texas > Iowa Millicent Holden Long 1881-1978. Both from Georgia, David 1807-about 1875/1880. > David Densmore I. About 1778 North Carolina - ? Probably Georgia. > Adam Dunsmore, born in Ireland, died near Huntsville, Alabama.
