I have yet to find anyone for my Deborah A. Durphy/Durfey or perhaps Dunfey but I am still, searching. I just downloaded lots of 1820 census info for Ct and NY ...maybe by studying it I can see some connections..she married a Griffin so I downloaded that too. She was born 1825..her husband 1819 or 1820...and there must have been Durphy/Durfey/Dunfeys in the Cherry VAlley, NY area, in the 30s and 40s and 50s...that's another area for me to search..and Harpersfield in the 1850s and 1860s..she was Deb Griffin by then..and Ann Griffin (her middle name) one census...thanks again..Deb

Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/BmT.2ACEB/184 Message Board Post: I'm looking for information on the children of Thomas Lawrence Dunphy (1883-1961) son of Charles Washington Dunphy (1852-1940) and Elizah Jane Noble (1857-1916), and Mable A. Dunphy (1885-?) daughter of Blackhawk Dunphy (1863-?) and Jennie Gray (1866-?). I know the oldest son was Clair A. Dunphy (1908-1961), another son (and my grandfather) was Kenneth Blackhawk Dunphy (1912-1962), and their youngest son was Basil E. Dunphy (1925-1996). I know that they had many other children. All of the above had a western New Brunswick-eastern Maine connection. Thomas and Mable are not listed anywhere in the 1920 and 1930 US census. These listings would have given me the names of all of their children. Perhaps they were visiting New Brunswick reatives during the census times. If anyone can help me with this information I would greatly appreciate it. Bruce
