He married a miss Benefield and their son was a John Benefield Dunn.JBD married Ida Prudence Freeman. They had 6 children. Rebecca,Edwin, Lavinia, Lewis,John and Elizabeth. My line follows Lewis. John moved to Logan co, Ky where Ida died in 1815. Hope this might help someone.
