Hello Charlene, Not that I know of. However - the other side of my family - my mother's side, is loaded with Winters who were originally (1400s to mid 1800s) in Ittersdorf and Duren, Saarland. This is on the border of Germany and France, and was held at different times, by each country. A number of the Winters in this line immigrated to the Midwest (not mine), Minnesota and Wisconsin.
