I don't know if we connect or not but Ontario and 1882 are two points of interest in my search on my great grandfather, John David Pierce. He immigrated to Ontario from England with a family of Dunns. In 1882 he was about 7 years old and raised his family in St. Catharines where I know a lot of Dunns reside. I am wondering if you know of this at all? I don't even have a first name of the Dunn family. Just thought that I would ask in vague hopes that it rings a bell with someone. Thanks. His obituary states he was born in Bath, Lennox and Addington Co, Ontario, 1883. I searched the census records for that area, and found no mention of any Dunn's there at that time. His family moved to Hastings Co at some point in time. Father was Henry DUNN, mother was Elizabeth unknown.
